Staff in our service centre will help with the booking and work with you to find a suitable time for the service call. They will take the relevant details and respect the privacy of those details.

On the day we attend to your service our office staff will call just prior to dispatching our staff to confirm our arrival time. Our trades staff will be dressed in Fallon Services uniforms and will attend site in a vehicle with our corporate identity.
